Natalie B. Morris, Board Chair
Natalie B. Morris is Director of Employee Benefits and Human Resources Systems for United Technologies Corporation. She is responsible for providing leadership in the design, communication and management of all employee benefit programs and the management of employee information globally. Morris joined UTC in 1986 in a customer support role at Pratt and Whitney and joined the human resources organization in 1995 as Manager, Human Resources for large commercial engines. She transferred to the UTC Corporate Human Resources department in 1998 as Manager, Employee Insurance and in 2000 became Manager, Executive and Salaried Compensation Programs. She moved to Carrier headquarters in 2001 as Director of Compensation and Benefits then joined Otis World Headquarters Human Resources in 2003 in the same role. Morris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston University and an M.B.A. from the University of Hartford. In addition to serving as board chair, Morris serves on United Way's Executive Committee and chairs the Benefits and Compensation Committee.
