The United Way workplace campaign has been called one of the greatest social inventions in American history. Working together with employers and more than a million volunteers each year, United Way invites people to advance the common good and create opportunities for a better life for all.

Each year, more than 600 local workplaces participate in the United Way Community Campaign. This campaign—the second largest in New England and the largest in Connecticut—supports health and human service programs that create real, lasting change for communities and individuals across central and northeastern Connecticut.
