I am a resident of Plainfield, CT. Access Agency identified our town as a town of need with high unemployment, high foreclosures, class sizes of 23 even after the Obama Teacher Reform money, and high drop out rate. I feel as though our town is in great need and I would be more than happy to speak with someone from the Governors Office to discuss a solution regarding the House Bill #5360. Thank you
