Ticket Information

If you are interested in receiving the online application for tickets for the We Are The Christmas Party via email and you represent a nonprofit organization, religious organization, social service department, or school for children 12 and under, please send an email to wearethechildren@unitedwayinc.org with the following information:

Your name
Your organization’s name
Your organization’s mailing address
Your phone number
Your email address.

Agencies who provided this information to United Way in 2010 will automatically receive the email invitation to apply for tickets. You do not need to send your information in again this year.

The application for tickets will be emailed to you on the Monday after Thanksgiving at 8 AM. Tickets are first come, first serve in response to the email application. Only 1000 tickets are available for the Christmas Party as determined by We Are The Children. Only one request per agency will be honored.

All information will be sent via email, so you must provide a valid email address in order to receive information regarding tickets. United Way is not responsible for misguided or misdirected emails. Please do not contact the radio station for tickets.

Individuals are not eligible to request tickets and must make requests through local nonprofit organizations, religious organizations, social service departments, or schools.

Tickets will be distributed to organizations at the entrance to the party on December 25th.

It is suggested that you do not notify children of the party until you receive confirmation that you are attending the party.
