Tune in to Lite 100.5 WRCH Sunday, November 21 between 5:30 and 6:30 a.m. to hear Susan Dunn, president and CEO of United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut, on her monthly segment on the Conference of Churches “Rich Answers” Radio show, a religion and public affairs show hosted by Shelly Best.

Susan will interview Carlos Velazquez, a young man who will share his story of courage and overcoming obstacles. Carlos credits the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford with helping him choose a positive path in life. Carlos, a student at Trinity College, was the 2010 BGCH Youth of the Year, the highest honor a Club member can achieve. He was named the 2010 Connecticut State Youth of the Year and was nominated for United Way’s annual Community Campaign Courage Award. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Hartford is a United Way partner agency supported by United Way Community Investment through the United Way Community Campaign.
